Some of you know that a large number of my songs became damaged from one day to the next here at eSnips. Mike (Percy) researched the problems and found out that the sampling rate of the damaged songs was 48 as opposed to 44 - the correct sampling rate evidently.

I deleted 48 damaged songs from my folders - re-mixed them with the correct sampling rate and then started to upload last night. All the songs were fine in my private folder but most either would not play or it said the file was unavailable when I moved them to public folders.

I don't really have time to spend trying to get these songs playable. I've deleted all public folders and will wait for the new owners to have a chance to fix things. My songs are all backed up and stored at Carbonite.com so the importance that eSnips once was to me is no more - except the wonderful friends I've made here, which is the most important thing to me!

At some time in the future I'll probably try to re-post everything but I just don't have the time at the moment.
