Well death is a reality although many of us don't want to die soon... everyone of us believe we won't die that early but death can come anytime, no need for you to be sick to die... its claws can grab you anytime when its written... well whats left after someone goes is pain, misery and cries.... his memories remain in his loved ones... its not easy to see somebody go like that especially dad... nice writing... keep up.

Oh,  Andrea, this poem is so true and the way you brought out the raw feeling of anguish she felt is excellent. I like the way you wrote about her not wanting them to say it out loud--that is such a real emotion and you wrote so well of the anger, resentment--the horrible reality of death. This is a very good write--the style you wrote in is perfect--I was very much drawn in to the emotions you brought out. Excellent work.

Death is an honor for some and a travisty to others... I welcome it at times and think of it always... But I am not ready to go for quite a long time.... What you wrote is so very true and from the life that we have made for ourselves that war is ugly and takes those who we love far to soon. Thank you once again for a great work of art that made me think how precious life really is..

Very very poignant ans well structured .  It should be put to music but what music would compliment such deep felt prose.
